  • No extra charge for two persons sharing the same room.. For 3 people sharing, extra bed will be charged at US$ 20 - Dhs. 75 nett/ per night.
  • No charge for children 12 years and under occupying the same room with their parents.
  • The above rates are inclusive of Municipal taxes and service charges.
  • Executive 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments are inclusive of complimentary breakfast for 4, 6 and 8 pax respectively.
  • All executive suites and apartments are inclusive of a welcome fruit basket and mineral water on arrival.

* Please check with the reservations department as to which Visa type applies to your nationality as only certain nationalities are entitled to tourist visas.

The above charges are applicable for a single person only.
In order for us to process your visa we will require:

  • Clear passport copy showing the full name, nationality, passport number, date of issue/expiry; place of birth and photograph.
  • Credit card details. Visa processing charges will be debited upon application, and in the event of rejection, a rejection charge of Dhs. 275 will be taken.
  • 2 working days for processing of the visa (Saturday - Wednesday).

 

Terms & Conditions:

Reservations:

  • All reservations will be guaranteed via credit card details. A non-guaranteed reservation will be released 48 hours prior to arrival and check in will be based on availability at the time.
  • Our check in time is 1200 hrs and check out is 1400 hrs and any late check out would be charged at 50% of the room night. Check in prior to 1200 hrs would be taken as a reservation from the previous day.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy

  • Our cancellation policy states that a cancellation/amendment against a guaranteed reservation would carry a one night room charge if not cancelled/amended 48 hours prior to arrival, taken from the submitted Credit Card details.
